(1) Woodworking Machinery

Equipped with only a simple processing function, traditional woodworking machinery requires different machines for complex processes, such as side milling and engraving. To meet application demands, Delta presents its latest motion control solution for woodworking machinery. With the EtherCAT and DMCNET fieldbus supported PC-based and CNC controllers, Delta’s advanced woodworking machinery solution can be widely applied to automated labeling machines, routers with automatic conveyor systems, PTP routers, 5-sided drilling and boring machines, machining centers for woodworking, solid wood door machines and mortise & tenon Machines.
(2) Logistics and Transportation
Manual work for parcel barcode scanning and sorting in the logistics industry is labor-intensive and inefficient.
Delta’s automation solution for the logistics industry utilizes the linearity of lighting. As the lighting channels are shielded, the Communication Type Area Sensor AS Series detects the shielded position and quantity to calculate the dimensions and central point of the parcels, and transmits the data to the PLC for parcel distribution. Based on this data, the PLC commands the AC motor drive and servo systems to control the conveying speed and position.
(3) Textiles
Delta offers an energy-saving, high-speed, automated and digitized solution for cotton spinning equipment. To fulfill industry demands for tension control, simultaneous control, and high-speed precision operation, Delta’s solution adopts encoders for precise positioning, and AC motor drives and PG cards for motor driving with the PLC as master control. Users are able to set the parameters, control the temperature, and monitor the process via the HMI. The solution can be widely applied to mercerizing machines, dyeing machines, rinsing machines, jig dyeing machines, tentering machines, and printing machines.
Delta’s Textile Vector Control Drive CT2000 Series features specific wall-through installation and fan-less design for robust protection against cottons, dust, pollution and instant voltage fluctuation under harsh environments. It is suitable for spinning frames and roving frames in the textile industry, and can also be applied for machine tools, ceramics and glass manufacturing.
(4) Machine Tools and Metal Processing
Machine tools are usually used for precise metal cutting for metal parts processing.
