● High-resolution encoder 131072p/rev (17bit) is adopted
· High-performance and low-speed stability are improved due to the use of a high-resolution encoder.
· The size of the servo motor is the same as that of previous products, and it is interchangeable in terms of wiring.
· As with previous products, the absolute encoder method is used as the standard.
● Ultra-small low-inertia motor HC-KFS series is adopted
· The HC-KFS series is an ultra-small motor manufactured based on the HC-MFS series. Compared with the HC-MFS series, its moment of inertia is increased (3-5 times that of the HC-MFS). Compared with the HC-MFS series, it is more suitable for equipment with a larger load-inertia ratio and equipment with poor toughness (belt drive, etc.)
Optimal adjustment including mechanical systems
● Mechanical Analyzer
· Simply connect the servo system to automatically vibrate the servo motor and analyze the frequency of the mechanical system.
· The entire analysis process takes only 30 seconds.
● Mechanical Simulation
· The results obtained by the mechanical analyzer are read into the analog modem to simulate the response of the user's mechanical system.
· Before operating the equipment after the motor is replaced, the speed, current, and retention pulse amount after the command method is changed can be displayed and confirmed in the form of analog waveforms.
● Gain Search Function
· The PC can automatically change the gain and find the appropriate value in the shortest specified time.

Fully consider the consistency with foreign specifications and environmental tolerance

· EMC filters are prepared for the EMC index of the EN standard. In addition, in the low voltage index (LVD), both the servo amplifier and the servo motor can correspond to the standard specifications.
● UL, cUL standards
· According to the standards between UL and CSA, cUL standard products have the same effect as CSA standards. Both the servo amplifier and the servo motor can correspond to the standard specifications.
● Use IP65
· The servo motor HC-SFS, RFS, UFS2000r/min series, and UFS3000r/min series all adopt IP65 (compatible with the HC-SFS, RFS, UFS2000r/min series).
· In addition, the servo motor HC-KFS, MFS series also adopts IP55 (compatible with IP65). Therefore, the environmental tolerance is improved compared with previous products.
